Renting a tent for your outdoor event provides comfort, shade and ambiance. We offer all sizes tents, from 10 X 10 feet up to 40 X 100 feet! We can offer sides, lighting, and leg drapes for your tent. Please call to speak with one of our event specialists to determine what size tent will work best for your needs. It may be best for us to visit your site to determine the ideal tent size for your event.
Here is some of the information we will need to help you make your selection:
• Where is the tent going? Grass, concrete, asphalt? (more information just below)
• What do you plan to do under the tent? Sit-down dinner, cocktails, dancing, food tables, DJ, band?
• How many guests do you plan to accommodate?
• Is there a water source nearby if we are using water barrels?
• Is there a nearby electrical source for lighting if you want lights?
• Are there time restrictions for set up and pick up such as street installation?
• Is there easy access for our delivery trucks to the site?
Tent Staking Into Grass: The stakes are 30″ long and go about 24″ inches into the ground. The stakes have a 1″ diameter. Please have all lines including sprinkler, electric, etc. marked so we are able to avoid those! Ground must be sufficiently “soft” to allow stakes to be driven around the tent perimeter.
Tent Anchoring on Concrete: We use 55 gallon drums (pictured in the tent accessories below) to anchor the tents on concrete. Drums are required to be filled with water, and it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a water source.
Tents on Asphalt: We can either use the 55 gallon drums or we can “drill & patch”. If drill and patch is acceptable, drilling is required prior to staking. Holes can be filled with asphalt plugs upon breakdown if required.
Tent Location: Require a minimum of 5′ clearance to anchor properly (for example, if you have a 10’x30′ tent, we must have a 15’x35′ area).
